Food technologyKey Stage 3

In the Food Department we encourage all pupils to develop their practical cooking skills to enable them to produce a variety of healthy dishes with confidence as well as increasing their understanding of the principles of healthy eating, nutrition, food safety and hygiene.  We start with the basics at KS3 and then build on this,  importantly we encourage pupils to be creative and to enjoy the experience of cooking.
